How do I open a new account?

Any Business, School, Children’s Centre, Hospital etc can automatically apply for a credit account subject to filling in a credit application form. We usually ask for COD until we have done the relevant credit checks. To download a credit application form please click here

Can I purchase from you if I do not have a trade account?

Yes we are happy to accept orders from customers who do not have a trade/credit account but orders must be telephoned through to the sales department on 01282 833090. On completion of your order you will be given the option to pay via cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card,

How do I know what prices I will be charged?

When an account has been opened you will be given your own personal user name and password log in details these will give you access to all the customer account pricing

How will I know that my order has been processed?

You will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours of placing. If for any reason you do not receive an email confirmation or would like to speak to somebody either email at enquiries@mtoms.com or telephone 01282 833090

Will I be able to amend an order once it has been submitted?

Yes, please telephone or email customer service team as soon as possible on enquiries@mtoms.com or 01282 833090. We will happily amend any order prior to dispatch or if it is a simple addition please go on line and place a further order

How soon will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt subject to stock availability. Where it is not possible to dispatch your order in full due to back order items, we reserve the right to hold the order for a reasonable amount of time until all the items on the order are available for delivery. If you want to collect your order please mark For Collection when placing order
